Step into the cave, where stories, visions, flavours and aromas intertwine.
Hidden in the heart of nature, Cave of Memories invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the simple joy of creation.
Through a five hour pop-up workshop located in a spectacular natural cave & organic settlement in Neochori looking over the gorge and the sea, we invite you to join us in a women’s circle for a sensory and creative journey with art and food.
While Art-Expression Workshops will open a doorway for you to trace and reflect on a sentiment, memory or notion with painting; Kitchen in a Suitcase will guide you through tastes and aromas that unfold stories.
In a beautiful and inclusive environment in the company of other women you will paint, experience curated tastes, hear and tell stories.
All art materials will be provided & you will taste a selection of Kitchen in a suitcase wild yeast sourdough breads combined with a buffet of tapas introducing ingredients from the region. We will close our creative and sensory circle with a glass of excellent wine.
Philosophy:
Art-Expression method is an intersection between practicing visual arts and improving self-expression and communication skills. A kind invitation to an intellectual and sensual journey to oneself. A creativity adventure that offers you the Me-Time you so deserve. A different way of learning and enjoying how to make art.
Kitchen in a Suitcase explores the intersection of food, place, and memory. With a suitcase full of spices and stories, it brings gourmet creativity to intimate gatherings and unexpected places.

Requirements:
- You identify as a woman* (Trans women & Non-binary individuals are welcome) and are 21 years and above
- You do not need to have any prior knowledge or experience with arts to join this program, everyone is welcome.
- You have the desire to try out & use the art mediums and explore your senses and the way they trigger memories.
- You are dedicated and eager to open time and space for yourself.
- You are ready to stepping out of your comfort zone to explore your creative capabilities.
- You are open to understanding others and learn from the dynamism of a group.
Outlook:
Each session consists of a practical task and finalises with a group discussion in which both the contents of the artworks as well as the visual qualities are discussed openly. Participants will be facilitated with basic knowledge of painting techniques along the way.
This program emphasises on the process and not the results.
Registration:
Admission Fee is 65,0€ all included.
The maximum number of participants in this program is 15 so early registration is encouraged.
How does it work?
- Once you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us. After the number is reached, the registration will be closed and new participants can no longer join this group.
- The workshops are offered in English. However, this workshop is all about inclusion and empowerment, so language should not be the barrier for you to join. You needn’t have a professional knowledge of English to enrol.
