Over six consecutive Saturdays, we will explore, create, and exchange around the subconscious and therapeutic dimensions of dreams through painting.
In a cozy, inclusive, and safe environment, you will be invited to reflect on and express dream imagery, emotions, and inner narratives, touching upon themes such as symbols, memory, intuition, and the language of the unconscious.
Philosophy:
The Art-Expression method exists at the intersection of visual art practice and self-reflection. It is an invitation to an intellectual and sensual journey into the inner world, where dreams serve as gateways to deeper self-understanding.
This workshop offers a creative expedition that prioritises process over performance and experience over outcome. A gentle yet profound way of learning, creating, and reconnecting through art.
Requirements:
- You do not need to have any prior knowledge or experience with arts to join this program, everyone is welcome.
- You have the desire to try out & use the art mediums.
- You are dedicated and eager to open time and space for yourself.
- You are ready to stepping out of your comfort zone to explore your creative capabilities.
- You are open to understanding others and learn from the dynamism of a group.
Outlook:
Each session consists of a practical task and finalises with a group discussion in which both the contents of the artworks as well as the visual qualities are discussed openly. Participants will be facilitated with basic knowledge of painting techniques along the way.
This program emphasises on the process and not the results.
Time Plan:
Happens over six consecutive weekends (Saturdays 14:00 - 17:00)
6x Sessions | 3x Hours per session
Registration:
Admission Fee 240,0-€
The maximum number of participants in this program is 8 so early registration is encouraged.
Materials are not included in the registration fee.
Cancelation Policies:
Cancelation is not possible after the start of the program.
Cancelation before 06.01.26: 50% refund
Cancelation before 09.01.26: 25% refund
Cancelation after 09.01.26 is not refunded
How does it work?
- Once the registration has completed, the group will be closed and new participants can no longer join this group. Participants can not enroll in the middle of the program.
- The workshops are offered in English. However, this workshop is all about inclusion and empowerment, so language should not be the barrier for you to join. You needn’t have a professional knowledge of English to enrol.
